Synopsis

18-year-old Alex works at a steel mill during the day and at a bar as an exotic dancer during the night. She dreams of being a professional dancer despite her lack of formal dance training. She catches the attention of the steel mill boss, Nick, and he is supportive of her dream. With his support, as well as her mentor`s, a former ballet performer called Hanna Long, Alex works harder to get accepted into the prestigious Pittsburgh Conservatory of Dance and Repertory.
