Synopsis

After their father mysteriously disappears, Gordon reunites with his estranged brother John at their father`s video store to liquidate the property and sell off his assets. As they go through the inventory, they discover an interactive VCR board game called "Beyond the Gates" and decide to test it out. But as soon as they start the game, they realise that it is a portal to a nightmarish alternate reality, and the game has to be played until the end, otherwise they will die.
