Synopsis

Everyone deserves a great love story. But for seventeen-year old Simon Spier it's a little more complicated: he's yet to tell his family or friends he's gay and he doesn't actually know the identity of the anonymous classmate he's fallen for online. Resolving both issues proves hilarious, terrifying and life-changing. Directed by Greg Berlanti (Dawson's Creek, Brothers & Sisters), written by Isaac Aptaker & Elizabeth Berger (This is Us), and based on Becky Albertalli's acclaimed novel, LOVE, SIMON is a funny and heartfelt coming-of-age story about the thrilling ride of finding yourself and falling in love.

Fantastic movie

Though it might be a a normal coming out movie, but the plots are rather interesting and does make one want to follow through the whole movie.

I really enjoyed the movie although there were lots of mediocre reviews. The movie was simple and great! A heartwarming and emotional movie that everyone can relate to somewhat regarding the issues he faced :,)

One of the best well thought out stories

This is a really good one. All 3 acts sows themselves together really nicely. Shouldny be R21 tho because some teens may need support coming out

Beautiful!
Overall: 5
Easy to relate to and I can't help but feel for all the main characters and their journey through life. A good movie to expose those into the world of young ones coming out and finding their identity as they grow up. A story of love, friendship and self acceptance.

A Great, Heart-Warming Movie
Overall: 5
An awesome coming of age, coming out movie. Sweet and heart warming, it's a great show to support people struggling with the same issues. Hope to have more of these in the future :)

Why is this R21
Overall: 5
A subject that should be explored more. I really don't see why this is labelled R21, when literally the worst thing that happens is this movie is that they swear a few times....
