Synopsis

The Deshmukhs live in Pune with their only son, Alok. Alok has been in a relationship with a girl named Indu for years, but they break up due to the differences that cause them to think that they are incompatible. Alok doesn`t think that his parents will be able to understand him, so he never tries to discuss his personal problems with them. But the breakup takes a toll on him and Alok finds himself opening up to them for the first time. The resulting discussion shows Alok exactly how different relationships of his parents` generation are compared to his own generation. Alok discovers that he feels better after talking to his parents more than he thought he would.
