Columbia Pictures has debuted a powerful new trailer for Sicario: Day of the Soldado, a sequel to the critically-acclaimed action crime-thriller Sicario (2015). 

Directed by Stefano Sollima and penned by original writer Taylor Sheridan, Sicario: Day of the Soldado follows CIA operative Matt Graver and former undercover operative Alejandro Gillick, who after discovering that Mexican drug cartels are smuggling terrorists across the U.S. border, are hired by the CIA to eliminate the problem by deliberating inciting all-out war between the rival drug syndicates. Along the way, Alejandro revisits his old nemesis to settle scores.

Joining Benicio del Toro and Josh Brolin, who reprise their roles as Gillick and Graver respectively, are newcomers Isabela Moner (Transformers: The Last Knight), Catherine Keener (Get Out) and Matthew Modine (Stranger Things).
